Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Please confirm your booking with
your Credit Card details. Receipt of these details means that you are
confirming your booking with us. Although, we make a note of the details
and confirm validity, we do not debit your card, but prefer payment by
cheque, or cash, upon departure. The reason for this is that card companies
heavily penalise small businesses with their charges.
However, we do have a three week cancellation policy which means
that if you cancel your booking within that time, we will
charge you the full amount less £5.00 per person per night. We
do our best to re-let the room on your behalf, and if successful will,
of course, refund the charges to your card.
