Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Please confirm your booking with your Credit Card details. Receipt of these details means that you are confirming your booking with us. Although, we make a note of the details and confirm validity, we do not debit your card, but prefer payment by cheque or cash upon departure. The reason for this is that card companies heavily penalise small businesses with their charges.

3-week cancellation policy: A booking cancelled within three weeks of the date the stay is due to begin will be charged at the full amount. We will, however, do our best to re-let the room on your behalf, and if successful will, of course, refund the charge to your card.
